Got Questions? We Have Answers.
Everything we get asked before a project starts, answered properly rather than in one line. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will add it.
A single landing page is usually live within one to two weeks. A multi-page business site runs three to five weeks, and a full e-commerce build takes six to ten weeks depending on catalogue size and the systems we need to connect. You get a written milestone plan in the first week, and we hold to the launch date we agreed in it.
Landing pages start at $900, business websites at $2,500 and e-commerce builds at $7,500. Where a project lands in that range depends on page count, integrations and how much of the content we write for you. After the first call you get a fixed written quote, so there is no hourly meter running in the background.
No. Every layout, component and interaction is designed for your business and your content. We do reuse our own tested foundations for things like forms, performance and accessibility, which is exactly why a genuinely custom build does not have to cost enterprise money.
Yes. Business and e-commerce builds ship with a content management system, so your team can change text, swap images, publish posts and add products without touching code. We record a walkthrough for your team and leave written notes in the handover pack.
We write the page structure and the conversion copy as standard, then refine it with the details only you know: your services, your pricing, your process, the objections you hear every week. If you already work with a writer, we build to their words instead and stay out of the way.
On-page SEO is part of every project: semantic markup, unique titles and descriptions on every page, structured data, a sitemap, fast loading and mobile-first layouts. Ongoing content and link building is a separate engagement, and we will tell you honestly if we think you do not need it yet.
You get 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and small changes, plus complete ownership of the code and every account we set up. After that you can hand it to your own team, keep us on a monthly retainer, or simply call us when the next thing comes up.
You do, entirely. The domain, the hosting, the code, the content management system and the analytics all sit in accounts registered to your business, with you as the owner. We never hold a client account as a way of keeping the work.
Often, yes. We audit what you have, keep what is genuinely working, usually the content and the search rankings, and rebuild the rest around it. If the underlying platform is the thing fighting you, we will say so plainly and price the rebuild honestly rather than patching around the problem.
Yes. Our work runs remotely over scheduled calls and a shared project board, so timezone overlap is the only real constraint. A fixed weekly check-in means nobody has to chase us for an update, wherever you are.
We build custom front ends with modern frameworks and connect them to whichever content or commerce backend fits your team. We recommend the platform after we understand your catalogue, your team's technical comfort and your budget, never before.
A conversation, your logo and brand files if you have them, and access to any existing site or analytics. Everything else, including the content plan and the page structure, we draft first and then refine with you.
